Inventory taken by Daniel Scofield and Elisha Molly, mentioned his widow Mary, who died in 1691, was the wife of Joseph Turney of Stamford, and children Mary, born Dec. 22, 1664, Rebecca, born Sept. 21, 1667, Joshua, born Oct 4, 1670, Sarah, born Apl. 17, 1674, Samuel, born July 3, 1678, Hannah, born Sept. 1, 1681, Moses, born Oct. 7, 1683, and Abigaile, born Aug. 20, 1685, and filed Nov. 9, 1690, page 25. Mch. 10, 1691, account filed, and estate ordered distributed to his widow and children aforesaid, page 25. May 5, 1691, agreement between Joseph Turney and Mary, his wife, late widow of Decedent, and Jonathan Bell and Samuel hair, administrators of decendents estate, the widow to have 1/3 and also the other 2/3 until Joshua became of age, and to have the improvement of what shall come to Moses and Abigaile, also land until Samuel became of age, and to keep the smaller children Moses, and Abigail, Witnesses John Finch and Johanna Hait, page 224. HAIT, Walter, late of Norwalk. ae. About 78 yrs, will dated Feb. 11, 1695, probated Apl. 1699, estate to his son John of Danbury and son Zerubbabell. Executors his said sons.
