Inventory taken May 14, 1690, by James Judson and John Coe, and filed June 12, 1690, page 9.

Mch. 10, 1690/1, account filed, and estate ordered distributed to his widow Sarah, and sons and daughters, no names, overseeing John Hawley, Thomas Wells, and James Judson, page 9.

Dec. 14, 1706, estate distributed by Captain James Judson, Samuel Hawley, and Samuel Sherman, to eldest son and two other children, no names, some of the estate in the hands of Samuel Hawley, and John Hawley, also a portion of the estate of said children from their grandfather Joseph Hawley, deceased, in the hands of Samuel Hawley and John Hawley, page 214.

Nov. 6, 1700, Daniel, a son of decedent, made choice of Samuel Steel of Weathersfield and Daniel Shelton of Stratford to be his guardian, page 220.

HAWLEY (HALLY), Joseph, late of Stratfod, yeoman, and sometimes a Justice of the Peace, or Commissioner in Stratford, will dated Sept. 17, 1689, probated Apl. 14, 1690, mentioned his widow Katherin and children Samuel, who was devised all land at Parwidge in Darbeshire, England, Ephraim, John, Hannah, Nicoles, and Mary Gee, grandchildren John Chapman and Joseph Chapman at Seabrook, and Joseph a son of Samuel; legacy to Isreal Chauncey. Executors, his three sons Samuel, Ephraim and John, and if they cannot agree then Isreal Chauney and Captain John Beard, pages 9 and 10.

Inventory taken June 4, 1690, by Samuel Sherman, James Judson and John Coe, had land at Stratford, Darby, and Woodbury, and filed Apl. 12, 1690/1, page 9.

HENDRICK, Mary, late of Fairfield, Nov. 9, 1691, letters of Administration on her estate Granted to Jonathan Morehouse, page 51.

Inventory taken June 6, 1691, by Samuel Wilson, and Eliphant Hill, and filed Nov. 9, 1691, page 51.

Dec. 6, 1691, agreement dated, between the widow Silliman concerning the estate of her daughter Mary Hendrick deceased and her sons in law, Vis: Thomas Dickerson, Nathaniel Wilson, Philip John Prise, and her won son Henry Hendrickson, a miner Witnesses (Continued page 102),
