Please let me introduce myself as I have just taken over the Hartford County CTGenWeb site. My name is Lynn Tooley. I don't live in Connecticut, so I won't be able to help you with onsite, however, I have been doing genealogy web sites for the past twenty years and a bit longer working on genealogy. I do hope that we can work together in our search for roots.
