I am seeking informaton on THOMAS ROWLEY,born c.1800,who lived in EAST GRANBY for some time between 1825 and 1834. Daughter LYDIA was born in Turkey Hills c.1825, Son WILLIAM F.in E.Granby in 1834. Other Children were CHARLES.A., HENRY, MARY, and JOHN. His wife was MEHITABLE (possibly STEVENS.)By 1850 the family had moved to Granville, MA. |

My grandparents, Frederik G. and Inger Marie Nielsen lived in East Granby until the flood of either 1954 or 1955. They lost everything in the flood. I don't have an address, but I know that they lived near a brook or stream. Does anyone have any information about the flood or any newspaper articles? |

Looking for parents of James Forward born 1773 in East Granby, Hartford County, CT. James married Mindwell Owen in 1792 and moved to Pembroke, Genesee County, NY around 1829-1830. James Forward died between 1850-1860 in Genesee County, NY. Mindwell (Owen) Forward died 1861 in East Pembroke, NY. Known children included Nancy Forward born ~ 1801 and Harry Forward born either 1793 or 1803. Regards, John |
