Oct. 28, 1745, his widow Rebecca Curtiss, allowed an appeal from granting letters of administration to James Beach, page 292.
Mch. 3, 1745/6, Samuel Fairchild of Stratford acknowledged the receipt from James Beach administrator of the estate of my honored father in law of the full share of my wife's. Witnesses Ebeneazer Blackman and Samuel Adams, page 313.
