COMSTOCK, Samuel, Captain, late of Norwalk, Jan. 10, 1754, we Daniel Betts, Jr., of Norwalk, John Trowbridge of Danbury, and Lydia Comstock of Norwalk, acknowledge the receipt from Nathan Comstock, Daniel Comstocks, and David Comstock, all of Norwalk, executors of the will of our honoured father Captain Samuel Comstock, deceased, the whole share belonging to Sarah wife of said Betts, Mary wife of said Trowbridge, and said Lydia. Signed Daniel Betts, Jr., Sarah Betts, John Trowbridge, Mary Trowbridge, and Lydia Comstock. Witnesses Andrew Burr and Thomas Hill, page 99 .

CRAIN, Elijah, late of Stratford, Feb. 25, 1757, estate distributed by Samuel Adams, Moses Wheeler, Joseph Smith, to his widow, now Elizabeth wife of Benajah Mallery, and to his only living child Seth, and filed Mch. 1, 1757, page 463.

CRAIN, Jabez, late of Derby, May 111, 1756, will dated ---, probated Mch. 1, 1757, all to my brother Seth Crain, if he dies before attaining the age of 21 yeare <sic>, then to my honoured father in law Benajah Mallory. Witnesses Timothy Washbond, Nathan Washbond, and Charles French, page 453.
