Mch. 28, 1720, probated May 5, 1720, mentioned his wife
Mary, son William and brother Thomas Buckingham. Executor
his brother Samuel Buchingham. Witnesses Samuel Comstock,

Inventory taken Nov. 23, 1720, by Gideon Allen and Peter Burr, and filed Jan. 25, 1721, page 96. Jan. 25, 1721, account filed, and estate ordered distributed by Major Peter Burr and Lieut. Gideon Allen of Fairfield to her children, on son Samuel, and three daughters Hellinah, Deborah, and Mahitabell, who are deceased. Their children being Hellinah's John, Abigail, Hellinah, Daniel, and Ebeneazer Andrus: Deborah's Sarah, Abigail, Joseph, Daniel, and Nathaniel Perry: Mahitabell's one daughter Mahitabell Strong: and an appeal taken by Samuel Burr, John Andrus and Joseph Perry, page 96.
