Feb. 7, 1711/2, Jonas weed Acknowledged the receipt of the share of his wife in the said estate, page 70a. Feb. 1, 1715/6, David, a son of decedent, made choice of his brother in law Jonas Weed, to be his guardian; the court appointed Isaac How of Stamford to be guardian of Ebeneazer, another son of decedent; Ruth a daughter of decedent, made choice of her brother in law Jonas Weed to be her guardian; and the court appointed Jonas Weed to be guardian of Mercy, another daughter of Decedent, page 368.
WATERBURY, David, late of Stamford, died June 13, 1710, and on Sept. 30, 1710, letters of administration on his estate granted to his widow Waitstill Waterbury and brother John Waterbury, page 178. Inventory taken Sept. 22, 1710, by Elisha Holly and Benjamin Green, mentioned his widow Waitstill, and two small children, the eldest two years old, and the other half a year old, and filed Sept, 30, 1710, page 178. Mch. 5, 1711/2, account filed, and estate ordered distributed by Captain Joseph Bishop and Samuel Blanchly to his widow and children, no names, page 216.
WATERBURY, Jonathan, late of Stamford, Jan. 29, 1702, letters of administration on his estate granted to his widow Yunis Waterbury and Leiut. David Waterbury, page 13a. Inventory taken Mch. 4, 1702/3, by Daniel Scofield and Joseph Bishop, and filed Mch. 12, 1702/3, page 13. Mch. 12, 1702/3, account filed, and estate ordered distributed by Samuel Hait and Steven bishop to his widow and six children, among them Sarah Mead, who has had her portion, no other names, page 14. Feb. 6, 1811/2, Benjamin, a son of decedent, made choice of his brother Jonathan Waterbury, to be his guardian, page 337.
