PLATT, John, late of Norwalk, will dated Nov. 6, 1705, probated Dec. 5, 1705, mentioned his wife Hannah and children Hannah Marvin, Sarah Kellog, Mary Benedick, Samuel, John, and Joseph, and legacy to James Gup after the expiration of his time, mentioned his estate in Old England. Executors his wife and sons John, Samuel and Joseph. Witnesses Joseph Sention, John Raymond and John Copp, page 72.

Inventory taken Nov. 29, 1705, by Samuel Marvin, Samuel Kellog, and Benjamin Benedick, and filed Dec. 3, 1703, page 72a.


PLATT, Samuel, late of Norwalk, will dated Dec. 5, 1713, probated Dec. 15, 1713, mentioned his wife Rebeckah, and daughter Rebeckah, a minor, if my daughter dies without heirs then the property to go to John Platt and Joseph Platt, sons of my brother John Platt.

John Stuart to divide the estate. Executrix his wife. Witnesses Captain Raymond, Sarah Saint John, and Captain Joseph Platt, page 266a.

POND, Sarah, wife of Nathaniel Pond, and widow of Lieut. David Waterbury, late of Stamford, Feb. 1, 1715/16, letters of administration on her estate granted to Jonas Weed of Stamford, page 368.


PRESTON, Hackaliah, late of Woodbury, Apl. 21, 1708, estate distributed to his son Jehiell, the land that now is his mother's to Emm Preston the widow of deceased, and to his son William. Witnesses John Minor, Sr., Samuel Stiles, and John Sherman. The remainder of the estate divided between his widow Emm Preston, and the following children, William, Jehiell, Hannah, and Sarah, page 319.


PRESTON, Samuel, late of Stratford, Apl. 5, 1707, letters of administration on his estate granted to his brother in law Daniel Jackson, pages 128 and 396.
