PERRY, Arthur, (continued from page 203), Mch. 7, 1710/11, Joshua, Caleb and Daniel, sons of decedent, made choice of Sergeant Abraham Wooster to be their guardian; and the court appointed Anna Perry guardian of her son Josiah, page 388.

Mch. 7, 1710/11, the above distributors refused to act, and the court appointed Joseph Hawkins and Samuel Walker in their place, and later added Ephraim Stiles, page 174a.

Nov. 8, 1711, the court appointed Zachariah Blackman to join with Epharim Stiles and Samuel Walker in the distribution of said estate, page 387.


PETTIT, John, late of Stamford, Feb. 16, 1715/16, letters of administration on his estate granted to his widow Ann Pettit, Jonathan Gold, and Jonathan Pettit, page 369.


Phipen, Joseph, Jr., late of Fairfield, Aug. 7, 1712, letters of administration on his estate granted to his father Joseph Phipen, page 384.


PICKET, Daniel, late of Stratford, will dated Mch. 16, 1712, probated June 4, 1712, mentioned his wife Mary, and children Samuel, who was devised the house I bought of Mr. Nisbett; Daniel, Margaret Curtiss; Mary Comfort; Rebeckah; Prudence; and Phebe, the last five being minors. Executrix his wife Mary. Witnesses Joseph Curtiss and Daniel Ufoot, page 226.

Inventory taken May 1, 1712, by John Coe and Nathaniel Beach, and filed June 4, 1712, page 226a.


PICKET, James, late of Stratford, son of john Picket, Jan. 26, 1707/8, letters of administration on his estate granted to Joshua Hait of Stamford, page 113.

Inventory taken Jan. 26, 1707/8, by Joseph Curtis and Daniel Picket, money due from Robert Lane of Killingsworth, and filed Jan. 26, 1707/8, page 113. Jan. 26, 1707/8, account filed, and estate ordered distributed to Mary wife of said Joshua Hait, being the only sister and sole heir at law, page 113.


PICKET, James, late of Danbury, died Feb. 13, 1701/2, and on Mch. 10, 1701/2, letters of administration to his widow and son John picket, page 91. (Continued on page 205).
