Inventory taken Oct. 31, 1704, by James Bebee, Samuel Bennydick and Josiah Starr, mentioned his children Lidia, ae. 6 yrs 2nd last Apl; Ann, ae. 4 yrs 15th last Mch; Hannah, ae. 2 yrs 10th last Jan; and Marcy, born 16th last July; and filed June 11, 1705, page 75. Nov. 3, 1707, account filed by the widow of deceased, now Lidia Wildman, and estate ordered distributed by Daniel Benedick, Sr., and Thomas Tailer, Jr., to his widow and children as aforesaid, page 105. Nov. 3, 1707, Hannah a daughter of decedent, made ward of her uncle; Thomas Wildman having married the widow, Lidia Fowards, was appointed guardian of Lidia and Marcy, daughters of decedent; and Joseph Gregory was appointed guardian of Ann, a daughter of decedent, page 105.
FOUNTAIN, James, late of Greenwich, Dec. 13, 1711, letters of administration on his estate granted to Samuel Peck of Greenwich and Alexander Russegue of Norwalk, page 189. Inventory taken Jan. 8, 1710/11, by Joseph Knap and Anthony Nouguier, and filed Dec. 13, 1711, page 189. Apl. 11, 1717, account filed, and estate ordered distributed by John Edwards of Fairfield and Captain Moses Dimon to his two children Judith and Magdalen, page 189. Jan. 5, 1710.11, the court appointed Anthony Nouguier of Fairfield, guardian of Magdalen, a daughter of decedent, and Alexander Russegue of Norwalk guardian of Jude, another daughter of decedent, pages 189 and 390. Jan. 16, 1723/24, Judith, a daughter of decedent, acknowledged the receipt of her portion from her guardian Alexander Russegue of Norwalk; and Magdalen, another daughter, acknowledged the receipt of her portion from her guardian Anthony Nouguier of Fairfield. Witnesses Peter Burr and Robert Smith, page 364.
FROST, Daniel, Sergeant, late of Fairfield, will dated Dec. 15, 1707, probated Feb. 4, 1707/8, mentioned his wife Mary, and children Daniel, Isack, William, Abegaile, Mary, Elizabeth, and Rebeckah. Executors his wife and son Daniel. Witnesses Nathan gold and Joseph Webb. Simon Couch and Joseph Sturges testified that testator made his will a Tuesday before (continued on page 169).
