CURTISS, Isreall, Lieut., late of Woodbury, died Oct 28, 1704, and on Mch. 17, 1704/5, inventory taken by Joseph Curtiss and Benjamin Curtiss of his Stratford Property, on Feb. 20, 1704/5. inventory taken by Mathew Mitchell, Joseph Hikok, and John Curtiss of his Woodbury property, page 65. Nov. 10, 1704, distribution agreement dated, between his widow Rebecka and Hannah wife of Thomas Minor, Rebecka wife of Ephraim Minor, Isreal, who had land at Stratford, John and Steven, who had land at Stratford and Woodbury. Witnesses John Minor, John Sherman and Daniel Beardsley, page 64.
CURTISS, Joshua, sometime of Stratford, who died at Cohanay, and on Jan. 28, 1706, letters of administration on his estate granted to Josiah Curtiss of Stratford, page 87. Inventory taken Jan. 22, 1705.6, by Joseph Curtiss, Zachariah Curtiss, and Josiah Curtiss, mentioned his children, William, Anna, Bethyah, and Mary, and filed Jan. 28, 1706, pages 87 and 131. May 22, 1706, account filed and estate ordered distributed by Lieut. John Hawley and John Beach to his children as aforesaid, pages 87 and 131.
