RUMBLE, Thomas, late of Sratford, died in 1655, Mch. 12, 1679, Robert Stuart or Steward of Norwalk, for his wife Bethia, a daughter of deceased, the estate having been settled released the administrator. Witnesses William Hill and John Banks, page 47. NOTE: Rose, the widow of decedent, married Thomas Barlow, and after his death married Edward Nash. She was the mother of Bethia, the wife of said Robert Steward. RUSSELL, George, Oct 16, 1678, gave a bill of exchange to the Hon. William Earle of Bedford to be paid to George Briggs for the like value I have received from John Platt, page 326. RUSSELL, Joseph, late of Stratford, Dec. 1, 1688, letters of administration on his estate granted to James Blackman of Stratford, page 259.
