JACKSON, Henry, continued: page 47.
Joseph Jackson, deceased, was ordered to be paid to Joseph Sely, now the husband of the widow of said Joseph Jackson, deceased; and Lieut. Samuel Morehouse, and Ensign Mathew Sherwood were appointed overseers for said children, page 219.
May 3, 1696, the said Samuel Morehouse having been deceased for sometime the court appointed Lieut. James Benit overseer in his place, page 220.

JACKSON, John, late of Fairfield, Nov. 29, 1689, letters of administration on his estate granted to Joseph Seely and Moses Jackson, Jr., page 298[unreadable mark following numeral 8].
Inventory taken Nov. 11, 1689 by Jonathan Morehoue and John Odle, Sr., verified by his widow Elizabeth Jackson and filed Nov. 29, 1689, page 298.

JACKSON, Joseph, late of Fairfield, Dec. 24, 1681, letters of administration on his estate granted to his widow Mary Jackson, and overseeers Mathew Sherwood and Samuel Wakeman, page 65.

Inventory taken Oct. 31, 1681, by John Banks, Mathew Sherwood and Isaac Wheeler, and filed Nov. 1, 1681, page 65.
Dec. 24, 1681, estate ordered distributed to his widow, Mary, who married Joseph Sely, and one son and four daughters, no names, (Mary probably a daughter married Joseph Lyon). The deceased was a son of Henry Jackson who provided for his grandson, the son of said intestate, provided said grandson did not share in his father's estate, pages 65 and 66. Mch. 13, 1687/8, Samuel Wakeman, now deceased, and James Bennet, Sr., appointed overseer in his place, page 264.

JAGER, John, late of Stamford, will dated Oct. 20, 1682, died Oct. 16, 1684, probated in 1684, mentioned his children Elizabeth, who was deceased in 1690, hannah (who married in 1690), Sarra, Mary, and Jonathan, and brother Jeremiah Jager. Overseers John Sellecke and Jonathan Lockwood. Witnesses James Weed and Jonathan Bell, page 146.
Inventory taken in 1684, by Daniel Weed, Samuel Hoyt and Stephen Bishop and mentioned his children Jonathan, ae. 9 yrs; Elizabeth, ae. 18 yrs; Hannah, ae. 16 yrs; Sara, ae. 14 yrs; and Mary, ae. 11 yrs, page 147.
